SERVICE ADVISORY: The Cambridge Police Records Unit will be open to members of the public, by appointment only, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for LTC renewals and general assistance. Appointments can be made by phone at 617-349-3336 or by email RecordsE-Mail@cambridgepolice.org. ** Please note that fingerprint services for new LTC applications are not yet available. **
The Records Unit is a controlled public service area which stores all police records and reports and provides other valuable services to the community.

As with other units of the Cambridge Police Department, the Records Unit adheres to strict standards of confidentiality and strives to provide a professional and efficient service.
Hours: The Records Unit is open Monday through Friday.
*Please note that some services, such as Firearms permits and fingerprint services, are only offered during specific days and times and by appointments only.
