Renew Residential Parking Permits Online Starting December 1, 2022

2022 Resident and Visitor Parking Permits will expire on March 31, 2023. Beginning December 1, 2022, residents can renew their permit online. Online applications take three to five weeks to process. Please note that 2023 permits will not be mailed prior to January 3, 2023.

Beginning January 3, 2023, permits can be renewed in-person at the City’s Traffic Parking and Transportation Department in the City Hall Annex at 344 Broadway, Cambridge.

From January 3 through March 31, 2023, cars parked in spaces with signs that say “Parking by Permit Only” may use either 2022 or 2023 parking permits.

Beginning April 1, 2023, cars parked in spaces with signs that say “Parking by Permit Only” must use 2023 Resident or Visitor Parking Permits.
