Free Interpretation Services

The Multilingual Helpline is a public-facing phone number for free interpretation services. Any community member can call 617-865-2273 for free interpretation to access information about resources and services that the City of Cambridge provides.

Steps:

1. Dial the number: 617-865-2273
2. Select the language needed or wait for help from the vendor representative.
3. Explain your question to the interpreter.

Caller Experience

The interpreter will remain on the line until your question is answered by the City Department or referred to another community organization by the City. If an interpreter is unavailable, please leave a message. The vendor will schedule a follow-up call when an interpreter is available.
