Back by popular demand! Join musicians of the Boston Festival Orchestra for "Festive Fanfare," a fun, family-friendly celebration of the season's joy and warmth at the Cambridge Public Library! Featuring violinist Jae Cosmos Lee and cellist Aron Zelkowicz, this festive concert will fill the air with beloved holiday classics, heartwarming melodies, and jubilant fanfares. Perfect for audiences of all ages, this free event celebrates holiday cheer and musical splendor! Light refreshments and treats will be provided. Registration is not required but preferred. This concert is cosponsored by the Friends of the Cambridge Public Library.

The Community Development Department (CDD) produces a wide variety of maps for its own use and as a source of information for the public. Topics range over wide area, covering everything from the locations of farmers markets to parks to zoning. You will find a number of web maps built directly into the CDD web pages where you can go to locations of interest throughout the City, focus on a specific topic through one of these interactive maps, or you can use the map gallery links to PDFs and other documents.

In Innovators for Purpose (iFp) Labs, students dive into the exciting world of social robots—machines designed to interact, learn, and connect. From brainstorming ideas to building prototypes, students explore how AI and robotics can foster fairer, more inclusive communities. They design robots that serve as friendly companions, offering support, connection, and solutions to real-world challenges.
