Crafting materials such as paper, magazines, scissors, and glue sticks are provided. No registration needed, no cost. Maple Sugaring with Land's Sake Farm (Valente)
Learn about the local tradition of turning maple sap into maple syrup with Land's Sake Farm! Enjoy a maple sugaring themed story time, touch and explore the tools we use to make maple syrup, and try using hand drills to tap a demonstration log. This program is recommended for children ages 4 and up. Children under the age of 7 must be accompanied by an adult. Registration is required - please register only the children who will be attending the program.

Cambridge Awards $1 Million in ARPA Funds for Solar Panel Installation on Affordable Housing
Cambridge has announced that two local affordable housing organizations have been awarded grant funding in support of the installation of solar panels on affordable housing in the City.
Summer Reading: Plant Pantry Botany Workshop with New England Botanic Garden (Valente)
Learn about the structure of the plants we eat from root to fruit and what portions of different plants are or are not edible. Recommended for ages 5 and up. Funding for Summer Reading has been generously provided by the City of Cambridge, Cambridge Public Library Foundation, Friends of the Cambridge Public Library and the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners.
Crafternoon: Lego Printmaking (Main)
Learn the basics of block printing by making your own one-color print using Legos! All materials are provided. LEGO pieces are choking hazards for young children. Recommended for ages 7 and up with a caregiver. This program can accommodate 15 printmakers and their caregiver. Tickets are available on a first come, first served basis on the day of the program. This program starts promptly and any unclaimed seats will be offered to someone waiting.
