CPA Project Summary Detail through FY16

Join us for a morning walk at one of the most renowned bird watching spots in Cambridge, Mount Auburn Cemetery! We will help you identify birds, learn birdwatching tips and tricks, and familiarize yourself with migratory birds as well as those that can be spotted all year round. A limited supply of binoculars will be available. The walk will meet at the Collins Branch Library at 64 Aberdeen Ave at 10:15 am. We will walk to Mt. Auburn Cemetery together (about a five minute walk). Please try to be on time as we will leave shortly after 10:15! Registration is required. This event can only accommodate a certain number of participants. One registration is good for one person. If you do not register, you cannot participate. Children and their grown-ups are invited to this special kid-centered cookbook club! This month, we're celebrating favorite characters and pop culture recipes! Bring a dish to share, or just come to talk about your experience with a chosen cookbook. No need to bring a dish to join. Visit Valente for a selection of cookbooks that are ready to check out. Designed for teens and adults of all fitness levels, this session explores how to build strength, improve balance, and move with greater confidence in everyday life. Through clear instruction and gentle, accessible demonstrations, participants will learn how simple movement patterns can enhance stability, coordination, and independence over time. Shaun also highlights the connection between physical confidence and emotional well-being, offering practical tools to help individuals feel more secure, capable, and empowered in their daily lives. All exercises are adaptable, with options performed seated or standing, making the program inclusive and approachable for a wide range of abilities. Registration is preferred not required.

Join us for a nice, cool afternoon of crafting at the Boudreau branch. All crafting materials will be provided by the library. This event is intended for school-age children. No registration necessary - this event is open to all while supplies last.
