Monthly meeting for the Conservation Commission

Monthly online-only meeting of the Peace Commission for October 2025. This meeting has been cancelled to create time for an internal training session.

Guests of all ages are welcome to the intergenerational night, featuring a DJ, live visuals, and interactive activities, with snacks from Amba Cafe and tea—on the house.

Fire Companies quickly contained and extinguished the fire

The City of Cambridge is notifying residents, businesses, and visitors of street closures and traffic impacts August 24 due to the Everybody Gotta Eat Cookout.

Per Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 136, Section 7, a Sunday/Holiday Work Permit must be obtained for any contractor work to be performed on a Sunday or Holiday. SERVICE ADVISORY: The Cambridge Police Records Unit will be open to members of the public, by appointment only, Monday-Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Limited fingerprint services will be available on Tuesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 9:30-11:30 a.m. Appointments can be made online.
