Fatal Bike Crash Under Investigation in Cambridge
Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan and Cambridge Police Commissioner Christine Elow have confirmed an ongoing investigation into a fatal crash involving a box truck and cyclist that occurred at about 8:20 a.m. at the intersection of Hampshire Street and Portland Street.
Computers for the Community Learning Center
At the Community Learning Center, students can improve their English or pursue a High School Equivalency Diploma. The CLC has 18 laptops and 12 ThinkPads for 630 adult learners. This project would fund 20 additional laptops, keyboards, mice and storage cart for the students.
July 2025 Red Line Closure
Shuttle buses will replace Red Line trains between Kendall/MIT (Cambridge) and JFK/UMass (Boston) starting at 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 10, through the end of service on Sunday, July 13. This Red Line closure will happen again from July 17–20.
