Summer Reading: Instrument Petting Zoo with Boston Music Project (Valente)
Meet, hear, touch and learn about orchestral instruments with the Boston Music Project! Recommended for ages 0-12 and their caregivers. Inspectional Services
The Inspectional Services Department (ISD) is responsible for the enforcement all laws and related City ordinances that pertain to the Massachusetts State Building Code and certain articles of the State Sanitary Code. ISD also enforces the Zoning Ordinance.

Black, Indigenous, People of Color-Owned (BIPOC) Business Advisory Committee
The goal of this Committee is to work with City staff to develop recommendations on how the City can better assist BIPOC-owned businesses. The Committee will be a sounding board for ideas on strengthening the City’s outreach efforts, information-sharing, business programs and policies, and overall relationship with local BIPOC-owned businesses.
Summer Kickoff Party!
Stop by Joan Lorentz Park to kick off summer with a live performance from Crocodile River Music, arts and crafts, free ice cream, and more! Pick up your Summer Reading bingo board and learn more about special events happening all summer long. Bring a chair, food, and loved ones to celebrate the summer! All ages are welcome!
Summer Reading: Finish your BINGO card party! (O'Neill)
It is the last week of Summer Reading and your last chance to complete a line or board of Summer Reading BINGO to earn prizes! We will have books that fit categories for all BINGO boards, snacks for motivation and some fun activities and readalouds! This program is open to people of all ages! No registration is required.
