Meeting minutes of the Mid Cambridge Neighborhood Conservation District Commission meeting held February 2nd, 2015

Expect traffic impacts in Cambridge on June 8 and 9, due to community events in Harvard Square and East Cambridge.

Road closures include Sidney St from Franklin St to Pacific St, from 9:00-10:30 a.m., and Franklin St, from Brookline St to Sidney St from 9:15-10:30 a.m.

808 Memorial Drive is a 300-unit apartment complex overlooking the Charles River. Over a period of seven years, residents worked together with Homeowners Rehab (HRI) and the Trust to acquire and renovate the property. HRI completed renovations in 1998 and this former “expiring use” property is now permanently affordable.

Cascap, Inc. developed a former print shop on Harvard Street into 24 units of green affordable ownership.

Proposed improvements to Alberico Park

The Port is a high-density residential neighborhood with around seven thousand residents, bounded by Hampshire Street to the north, the Boston & Albany Railroad to the east, Prospect Street to the west, and Massachusetts Avenue to the south.
