Pathway for Immigrant Workers (PIW) is a Cambridge-based nonprofit serving the Greater Boston area. PIW will assist low wage workers in employment-sponsored lawful permanent residence applications. The Cambridge Public Art Commission helps guide the implementation of the Public Art Ordinance and the Art Gifts and Donation Policy, and advises on the overall direction of the City of Cambridge’s Public Art Program. The Commission brings its collective expertise to bear on discussions regarding the various program areas of the public art program, such as acquisition and deaccession, project planning, maintenance, conservation, educational programming, and the exhibitions in Gallery 344. The Commission reviews every percent-for-art project from artists’ proposals to final design. PAC approval is required before a project can go into fabrication.

This project proposes installing solar-powered bus tracking displays with real-time arrival information at high-use bus stops throughout the City of Cambridge.

Exercise is crucial to health and wellbeing. This project will install a permanent outdoor fitness station to make outdoor exercise more accessible to the Cambridge community.

These documents are used when selecting an architect to work on a building project estimated to cost over $100,000.00 or when the services are estimated to cost more than $10,000.00. These documents can also be used when choosing a designer or engineer for a non-building project, except where noted.

The Cycling Safety Ordinance Advisory Group advises the City on outreach related to cycling safety ordinance projects and gives feedback on CSO project installation and evaluation.

As part of the Goldstar Mothers Park Court Renovation Project, the City conducted routine environmental testing, which identified some soil contamination that will require revised construction plans.
