Brookline Street
Brookline Street reconstruction project, completed Fall 2010, included sidewalk replacement, repaving, and replacement of the water and sewer lines. Design improvements included traffic calming, safer pedestrian crossings, bicycle lanes and the addition of many more street trees.
Climate Protection Plan
The 2002 Climate Protection Plan discusses the nature of climate change and the options for local action.
Animal Commission
The Cambridge Animal Commission facilitates programs for animal control and welfare in the city.
Cambridge Lighting Study Report
Reviews the inventory of public lighting, provides standards for appropriate light levels for Cambridge streets, evaluates energy-efficient light sources, and recommends luminaire types for street and park lighting.
