Central Square BID is kicking off the summer and unveiling Central On Air to the public for the very first time. The event is on Saturday, June 14th from 5:00 – 9:00 p.m. in Lafayette Square, just steps from their new studio at 425 Mass Ave. Enjoy live DJ sets, local vendors, and a first look (and listen!) at their street-level studio and livestream platform. Continue on to the afterparties at Brick & Mortar, Middlesex, and Roxy's. Be part of the energy, music, nightlife, and community that powers Central Square!

The Cambridge Police Department’s Harvard Square/Central Square Unit builds strong relationships with businesses, residents, and associations to enhance safety and trust in these vibrant districts. Officers embedded in the squares work closely with the community to address concerns, fostering open communication and collaboration. Their presence is seen as essential to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment in both squares.
