It's almost the new year – and that means it’s time to renew your Cambridge parking permit! Starting December 1, 2024, the online permit renewal process opens.

The City of Cambridge today announced plans to conduct a Shared Street pilot that will allow residents to walk and bike in both directions on select roadways. Planned to begin as early as mid-June, the Shared Street pilot is designed to address increased movement in the city while supporting physical distancing as the City executes its reopening strategy.

Various City departments will be hosting or sponsoring a series of Halloween events in Cambridge between October 29 -31, 2025.

Cambridge residents can register for recreational programs beginning August 12 at 5 p.m.
