Join the Cambridge Public Health Department's Cambridge Healthy Smiles Program to learn more about your dental concerns as a senior: Receive advice on changes to your brushing routine as you advance in age; Hear a review of how oral health affects your overall health; Pick up oral health resource sheets for dental care along with a free toothbrush kit. Inspectional Services
The Inspectional Services Department (ISD) is responsible for the enforcement all laws and related City ordinances that pertain to the Massachusetts State Building Code and certain articles of the State Sanitary Code. ISD also enforces the Zoning Ordinance.
Cambridge Prepared Food Rescue Freezer Van
Let’s feed the hungry in our city. A freezer van is the vital piece of equipment that would allow Cambridge and its partners to potentially double prepared food rescue deliveries from roughly 3,500 healthy frozen meals to 7,000 each week.

Google Drive Tips and Tricks (Main)
Get more practice with Google Drive! Learn some tips and tricks to organize your files and images. Google Drive is your online file storage that is connected to your Gmail account. A Gmail (Google) account is required for the class. Please remember your Gmail and password, you will need them to sign in and practice during the class. Laptops will be provided for the class. To view and register for other Basic Tech Classes at the Library, please go to tinyurl.com/basictechclass. Registration is encouraged but not required.
Bike Repair Stations
Install 8 bike repair stations with tools and bike pumps around the City for cyclists to quickly, easily, and freely fix routine bike problems. Locations include 2 libraries, 2 T stops, 3 parks (includes Inman Sq), and Fresh Pond Parkway.
Cambridge Committed to Maintaining Outdoor Dining in Public Areas throughout 2021
While we cannot predict when the state of emergency will be declared over by the Governor, the City of Cambridge will work with affected businesses to find a way to support and assist them in identifying mechanisms to legally maintain their outdoor area and keep it operational through the end of the calendar year.
