9-11 Remembrance Ceremony - 2023
Please join with us to remember the victims of the attacks of September, 11, 2001.
A brief, respectful remembrance ceremony will be held at each City firehouse on Monday, September 11, 2023 starting at 9:50 a.m. Everyone is invited to join with firefighters participating at Fire Headquarters at 491 Broadway or at your neighborhood firehouse.
Multifamily Energy Efficiency Workshop
Are you an owner or manager of a multi-family building in Cambridge? Hear about how your neighbors are saving thousands each year with energy efficiency upgrades. Come learn and connect with incentives for lighting upgrades, heating upgrades, insulation, solar, and energy management tools. Organized by the Cambridge Compact, Eversource, the City of Cambridge, and Homeowners' Rehab Inc.
Central Square Bus Access and Circulation Study
The City of Cambridge hired a consultant to study the transit routing, circulation, and access for MBTA routes (1, CT1, 47, 64, 70, 70A, 83, and 91) around Central Square. The purpose of the study was to develop recommendations for reducing crowding for people waiting for the bus and to improve access to and circulation around Central Square.
