The Cambridge Arts Council funds, promotes, and presents high-quality, community-based arts programming for the benefit of artists, residents, and visitors.
Alcohol License
Annual Alcohol License fall into two categories, Retail On-Premise for restaurants, hotels & clubs and Retail Off-Premise for package stores and markets. Both are issued by the License Commission in conjunction with the State's Alcohol Beverage Control Commission (ABCC). Retail On-Premise is governed by both Massachusetts General Law ch. 138, sec. 12 and Cambridge Regulations. Retail Off-Premise is governed by both Massachusetts General Law ch. 138, sec. 15 and Cambridge Regulations. The process for applying for a license takes a minimum of eight to ten weeks.
Map Collections
The Community Development Department produces a wide variety of maps for its own use and as a source of information for the public.
Cambridge Garden of Peace
The Peace Garden will include a memorial for loved ones from Cambridge whose lives were taken due to violence. The Peace Garden will be a place of tranquility and reflection.
CYP Teen Internships
Cambridge Youth Programs (CYP) offers paid internships to Cambridge residents ages 14-19.
