City of Cambridge Closures and Services for Presidents' Day Holiday February 17
In observance of the Presidents' Day Holiday on Monday, February 17, City of Cambridge offices, libraries, and senior centers will be closed, and payments will not be required at parking meters and parking pay stations. The Cambridge Cemetery at 76 Coolidge Avenue will have the gates open from 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Presidents Day, however, the Cemetery Administrative Office will be closed.

City of Cambridge Implements New $6 Million Grant Fund for Cambridge Nonprofits. Eligible Cambridge non-profits can receive up to $150,000 for their organization.
As part of its allocation of funds through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), the City of Cambridge established the Cambridge Nonprofit Recovery Fund to help address the financial hardship that the nonprofit sector faced because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Eligible Cambridge non-profits can receive up to $150,000 for their organization. The online grant application is open until July 7, 2023.

Stay at Home Order
On March 31, Governor Baker extended the stay-at-home advisory and non-essential business closure that was set to expire on April 7 until May 4, the same date that schools are to remain closed until. The 10-person limit on gatherings in the state has been extended as well, following a similar extension by the federal government.
