Designed for Cambridge residents between the ages of 18-23 years old who have an interest in serving the community and potentially pursuing a career in public safety, the Cambridge Police Cadet Program offers a competitive hourly wage ($19.77), 37.5 hours a week, strong benefits, vacation time, and many opportunities to learn about the department and a career in public safety.
