The City of Cambridge Department of Veterans Services will host a Veterans Day Observance event on Tuesday, November 11, from 11 a.m.- 12 p.m. at the Cambridge Common.

In advance of the Independence Day holiday, the City of Cambridge wants to remind the community that fireworks are illegal, dangerous, and can cause trauma for residents.

Beginning November 1st, weather permitting, the City’s contractor, E J Paving, will begin performing partial roadway milling and grinding. Paving will begin the week of November 6th.

CEP Reference Tips

The Department of Human Service Programs (DHSP) offers summer programs to Cambridge children and youth currently in Kindergarten through 8th grade. Activities include art, sports, swimming, field trips, and more. All DHSP summer camps and programs are filled through a lottery process. The deadline to apply to the 2025 DHSP Summer Lottery application is Monday, March 9.
