Community Meeting on Memorial Drive Closures: September 14
The City of Cambridge and the Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) are seeking input from Cambridge residents on the overnight and Saturday closures of Memorial Drive.
Motor Vehicles Allowed on Memorial Drive Saturdays December 10 and 17
On Saturday, December 10 and Saturday, December 17, DCR will keep Memorial Drive open to vehicular traffic from Western Avenue to Gerry's Landing.
Fourth Traffic Impacts
The City of Cambridge is notifying residents, businesses, and visitors of multiple temporary street closures throughout Fourth of July weekend due to several large community events. These include the Boston Pops Fireworks Spectacular, the Fourth of July Weekend Block Party and Vintage Market, and the US Army’s 250th Birthday celebration.
