Homeowners Rehab Inc. (HRI) is holding their third AHO community meeting at the Baldwin School Cafeteria (85 Oxford Street) on March 6, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. to discuss plans for the proposed development at 28-30 Wendell Street as 100% affordable housing. Tween Book Group
Calling all middle grade readers! Meet up in the Curious George Room every third Thursday to eat pizza and talk about books with your friends. This month's book is "The Creepening of Dogwood House" by Eden Royce. Copies will be kept behind the children's room desk for pick up.
Snacks are provided. This group is for ages 10-12.
Participants should read the book ahead of this month’s meeting. Registration is required.

Albino Mbie is an award winning Musician, Guitarist, Singer, Composer, Sound and mixing engineer born in Maputo, the capital of Mozambique, a country in southern Africa known for its rich musical and cultural heritage. This event is generously sponsored by The Manuel Rogers, Sr. & Mary R. Rogers Endowment Fund. In the event of rain or extreme heat, this event will be moved inside the Valente Community Room. All ages welcome. No registration is required.
Bento Bags and Napkins with Lenni
Continue building your machine-sewing skills AND create bespoke sewn crafts! In this session, you can choose from a menu of beginner projects including: bento bags and napkins. This session is led by fiber artist and designer Lenni Armstrong.
Registration is required and participants must have completed Sewing 101 in The Hive.
