The Half Crown-Marsh (HCM) Neighborhood Conservation District (NCD) Commission will convene its Architect's Committee to review existing conditions and a proposed window sample at a public meeting, in-person, at 38 Gibson Street.

Beginning the week of July 20, weather permitting, the City’s contractor, Newport Construction, will be performing roadway milling (grinding) and paving operations to enhance the road conditions on several sections of street around the City.
