Cambridge Public Library Launches “Tech for All” Program to Expand Digital Access

The City of Cambridge’s STEAM Initiative was created to enhance and expand students’ access to quality STEAM learning experiences from birth to adulthood.
Medicinal Plant Walk (O'Neill/Danehy Park)
Join herbalist Mo Katz-Christy for a walk through Danehy Park to identify plants and their medicinal uses! We will explore weeds and cultivated plants, trees and shrubs, with plenty of time for questions and conversation. Bring a notebook if you like. Meet us at the parking lot on Sherman Street (if you’re late you should be able to find us – we won’t move too far too fast!). Registration is required.
New Lease Rent Relief Grant
The New Lease Rent Relief Grant offers funds to assist with Cambridge small businesses with commercial rent. The goal of this program is to help fund small businesses in revitalizing commercial districts left with vacant storefronts due to the COVID-19 pandemic and its effects.

How to get the print book: Copies of the print book are set aside at the Main Library. Visit the Main Library Q&A Desk at 449 Broadway during service hours and a staff member can help you check out a copy. How to get the e-book or digital audiobook: This month’s book is available as an e-book and digital audiobook through OverDrive or the Libby app. The e-book is also available through Hoopla.
