Accomplishments Over the Past Year
Overall, in FY24, the City is dedicating more than $60 million from a variety of sources to address affordable housing and homelessness. The fiscal year 2023 resulted in a number of key accomplishments.
52 New Street - Applications Open Until May 20
JAS is holding a second lottery for up to 20 of its one- and two-bedroom affordable housing rental units at 52 New Street in Cambridge and to fill the waiting list for units as they become available. Click here for more information.

New Lease Rent Relief Grant
The New Lease Rent Relief Grant offers funds to assist with Cambridge small businesses with commercial rent. The goal of this program is to help fund small businesses in revitalizing commercial districts left with vacant storefronts due to the COVID-19 pandemic and its effects.
