Thousands more have received calls from CPHD staff informing them of negative test results.

Rather than using scissors for sharp, clean cuts, we carefully tear the paper to create soft, feathered edges that look almost like a watercolor painting. Whether you’re a long-time crafter or haven't picked up an art project in years, come enjoy some quiet, analog crafting time making a handmade picture, led by instructor Chihiro Sato. The City of Cambridge announced today the appointment of 23 members to a new City Manager’s Construction Advisory Group. Representing public health, building trade unions, inspectional and public works officials, contractors, development project managers, and universities, the Advisory Group will provide advice on drafting best practices that the City can incorporate into a safe construction reopening plan.

Participatory Budgeting is a democratic process that empowers community members to decide how to spend part of a public budget. In June and July 2022, community members submitted 1,320 ideas on how to spend $1 million of the City of Cambridge’s FY24 Capital Budget. From August to November, over 70 volunteer PB Delegates worked on five committees to research and evaluate those ideas and develop 20 final proposals for the PB ballot.
