All ages are welcome to join us as we observe birds at Fresh Pond. We will look for birds migrating to or through our area as well as year-round resident birds. As we walk we will discuss general birdwatching tips and learn more about the birds we share our outdoor spaces with. A limited supply of binoculars will be available. Registration is required for this event. The climate is changing, and we're all here on the planet together. Join us for a monthly community gathering and discussion of a variety of books about climate change. We will share thoughts, resources, and occasionally host special guests in a welcoming small-group environment. Our July book is The Weight of Nature: how a changing climate changes our brains by Clayton Page Aldern. Copies are available to pick up at the Q&A desk at the Main Library. This is a hybrid event. Due to statewide emergency orders limiting the size of public gatherings in response to COVID-19, and in accordance with Governor Charles D. To allow women in Cambridge to gain the tools necessary to protect themselves, the Cambridge Police Department currently offers a self-defense training course for women ages 16 and older, who live or work in the City of Cambridge.

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Training Program track is for Cambridge residents who are fluent English speakers. The program provides hands-on clinical experience to people interested in careers in healthcare.

The Family Policy Council, officially known as the Coordinating Council for Children, Youth and Families is dedicated to developing policy and program recommendations aimed at ensuring all children, youth and their families have access to what they need to be successful, engaged residents who are prepared for life in our community and in the world.
