The City of Cambridge offers free access to hundreds of datasets on its Open Data Portal, covering everything from crime and traffic to property and even dog names. Join us for a hands-on workshop at the Cambridge Public Library to explore what's available and learn how to analyze and visualize this data. No prior experience or expertise is required. Improve Parks with Shade Structures and Seating
Make parks and dog parks more comfortable for visitors by building one to two shelters with seating for rainy or sunny days. This project would also fund additional benches and tables in various parks across the city.
The Royal Rumpus (Valente)
Put on your best royal outfit and join us for a special afternoon! Listen to a story, decorate a crown and dance to some royal music!
This program is for children of all ages and their grown-ups.

Community Development Department
The Community Development Department (CDD) produces a wide variety of maps for its own use and as a source of information for the public. Topics range over wide area, covering everything from the locations of farmers markets to parks to zoning. You will find a number of web maps built directly into the CDD web pages where you can go to locations of interest throughout the City, focus on a specific topic through one of these interactive maps, or you can use the map gallery links to PDFs and other documents.
