This month, City Manager Louis A. DePasquale and his staff provided a high-level overview of the City's COVID-19 response. The City of Cambridge hosted two events this month to showcase the positive impact of federal grants such as the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Home Investment Partnership Grant (HOME) to our community. The Community Development Department will hold an information and public comment session in preparation of the City’s FY2026 Annual Action Plan and FY2026-2030 Consolidated Plan. The purpose of the session is to solicit public comments on affordable housing, economic development, public service and other community development needs as they relate to low and moderate-income Cambridge residents, and HOPWA qualifying residents across Middlesex and Essex counties.
