War Memorial Recreation Center
The War Memorial Recreation Center, located at 1640 Cambridge St. Door 15, includes a Field House, multi-purpose room, gymnasium, weight room and 3 swimming pools. The facility offers year-round recreational programming for children and adults.
Smart Recycling and Trash Compactors
Add 5 touchless rodent-resistant “Big Belly” recycling and trash compactors in Cambridge. Big Belly bins are solar-powered and more efficient than traditional bins. They keep the City cleaner, reduce the rodent population, and increase access to recycling.
Healthy Trees for a Healthy Cambridge
Street trees cool the city, absorb pollution, and make our neighborhoods more livable! Vote to plant 100 new trees & build tree wells in the areas that need them most, along with educational signage so you can learn about your “green neighbors."
Add and Maintain Bike Repair Stations
Bike repair stations need to be fixed around the City and need a program for routine maintenance. This project will create that three-year program and expand usable tools by installing five additional stations, ensuring tools are available for all.
