We'll cover the basics: creating and editing events, setting reminders, sharing calendars with family or coworkers, and syncing across your devices. No experience needed, just bring your questions (and a Google account if you have one). This class is a part of the AARP curriculum. COVID Testing Mondays
The City will offer an additional day of testing at CambridgeSide beginning Monday, July 26. Testing will be offered every Monday from 4p.m.- 8 p.m. Testing at CambridgeSide on Thursdays from 11.am.- 3 p.m. will continue to be offered, as well.
Inclusionary Housing Preference Changes
The Community Development Department (CDD) has prepared review draft changes to the applicant preference system used to select applicants for Inclusionary rental and homeownership housing. These changes are now available for public review and comment.

Graphics Are Great! Book Group (O'Connell/Virtual)
Our monthly "Graphics Are Great!" book group is for kids aged 8-12. Check out a copy of the book beforehand, or download it from the Libby app. Our November book is How to Talk to Your Succulent by Zoe Persico. This book group will meet virtually and in person at the O'Connell Branch. Please register below if you would like to attend virtually. Redefining Community Engagement
In FY22, the Community Development Department (CDD) established a Community Engagement Advisory Group for staff to share best practices and reflect on strategies to make engagement more inclusive and equitable. This Group developed a handbook on inclusive and equitable engagement best practices which will be published in September 2022. The handbook, which uses an anti-racism and equity lens to approach planning, implementation, and reflection of community engagement strategies, will be used to increase participation in public processes and programs.
