Our monthly Middle Grade Mystery book group is for kids aged 10-14. Check out a copy of the book beforehand, or download it from the Libby app. Our January book is The Sherlock Society by James Ponti. This book group will meet virtually and in person at the O'Connell Branch. Please register below if you would like to attend virtually. Today's class has been cancelled. A series of classes with instruction from Comedian Jack Simon for individuals with some improv experience. Learn how to seamlessly integrate interactive improv games, scenes, and skillful storytelling that all come together with performance. This will be an in-person program at the Main Library. This Summer Food Programs Map shows the locations for the 2024 Cambridge Summer Food Program. The Cambridge Summer Food Program provides free breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals to Cambridge youth ages 18 and younger.

The Central Square Advisory Committee is appointed by the City Manager to undertake all large project reviews, receive all applications for variances and special permits for activities within the Central Square Overlay District, and monitor the progress of the Central Square non-zoning recommendations of the K2C2 Study.

Body-worn cameras serve as useful tools for recording evidence, as well as help to ensure that there is an additional layer of professionalism, transparency and accountability by documenting officer performance and interactions with the public. 

This presentation incorporates 4-5 live birds of prey that all native to New England. The program is designed to explain predation, the birds' place at the top of the food web, their different hunting adaptations and their status in a rapidly changing world. Because many birds of prey are declining in number, this presentation also features one or more of the endangered raptors that Wingmasters cares for, and explains why these species face an uncertain future. Recommended for children ages 6 and up and their caregivers. This program can accommodate 75 people. Tickets are available on a first come, first served basis on the day of the program. The entire party must be present to receive a ticket. This program starts promptly. Unclaimed seats will be offered to someone waiting. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
