The past year featured the launch of several strategic initiatives, the unveiling of critical new resources, and the achievement of many critical milestones across the City. In this newsletter, we look back at some of the highlights and milestones that may have gone under-the-radar in 2024. Highlights include the launch of a new alternative 9-11 response team, a new outreach van for individuals who are unhoused, new programming for older adults and expanded offerings for families, the most checked out library books over the past year, and much more. Building on the City of Cambridge's commitment to reducing barriers and working with more diverse business owners, the City has completed its first ever Disparity Study focused on the procurement of goods and services.

Violations or complaints regarding any noise issue should be reported to the police's non-emergency line or License Commission.

Get creative after school! Follow instructions to string pony beads into the shape of a lizard. The finished piece can be a backpack charm or toy. Please note: latecomers arriving after 4:30 p.m. may not have time to complete this project. Recommended for children ages 6-12 and their caregivers.

Join us for a beginner-friendly crochet class at O'Neill! Learn how to chain, single crochet, half double crochet, and finish a project as we create a stitch sampler. All materials provided – no experience needed! You'll leave with materials and a pattern to continue your practice after class. Registration required.
