Youth ages 10-16 are welcome to join for four sessions of cooperative role-play and storytelling as we build out skills playing the table-top game DnD. The first session will include a character-building introduction followed by play continued into the next four sessions. No prior DnD experience is required, and experienced players are also welcome to join. Registration is required, as the program is capped at 8 players. Please plan to attend all sessions! On Tuesday, July 22, 2025, leaders from the City of Cambridge and the Commonwealth gathered with nonprofit Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH) to mark the beginning of renovations at the former Sacred Heart church rectory and school in East Cambridge. A community meeting has been scheduled to discuss a shooting on January 13 that resulted in a 21-year-old man being tragically killed outside of a Clifton Street residence. The meeting will include the latest information on the shooting. The preliminary investigation suggested the fatal shooting was an isolated incident and that there is no threat to the general public.

This project would install automatic doors at multiple branches of the Cambridge Public Library. Automatic doors will help make libraries more accessible to the public.
