2018 Resident Survey Results
The results from this survey indicate that overall resident views of the City of Cambridge remain positive—although some key measures have reverted back to less positive 2014 levels. On perhaps the most all encompassing measure of resident sentiment, “extreme” satisfaction with overall experiences with the city remains at the record high level for the 18-year history of this survey program.
