The Cambridge Fire Department is to protect the lives and property of the people of Cambridge from fires, natural and man-made disasters, and hazardous materials incidents. The Department also provides emergency medical services and fire prevention services.

As part of this year’s National Telecommunicators Week celebration, Emergency Communications is looking to hear from the community and better understand how dispatchers have helped residents.
