It is the last week of Summer Reading and your last chance to complete a line or board of Summer Reading BINGO to earn prizes! We will have books that fit categories for all BINGO boards, snacks for motivation and some fun activities and readalouds! This program is open to people of all ages! No registration is required.

Using a ChompSaw (a kid-safe power tool), participants will safely cut cardboard to create shadow puppets. This four-week puppetry workshop is for youth ages 7-10. We will meet on March 5, 12, 19 and 26. Registration is required. Participants much attend all sessions and have read a version of the tale before the first session. The City of Cambridge today announced that all City-sponsored community events, athletic events, events permitted for the use of City parks or other City-sponsored public gatherings will be cancelled through July 30, 2020. City Sponsored Youth Sports to resume July 12.

Over the summer the Cambridge Police Department welcomed our newest Cadet, Samantha Ayala. The CPD is also pleased to announce that our 2025 Cadet Exam will be held on Saturday, November 15th.

The Cambridge Animal Control aims to reunite lost pets with their owners. If you find a lost dog or cat, please report it to the city or town where you found the animal. The pet will be held for a minimum of seven days, as required by the state.
