Description

I look forward to coming together with you this Thursday at noon in the Beech Room of the Main Cambridge Public Library to discuss an essay called “Letting Go” by Atul Gawande from the New Yorker archive. It was featured in the August 2, 2010 edition, and so is only available online. The poem of the month is by Ellen Bass, called “Reincarnation.” It can be found in the January 19, 2015 issue.

If you are using the book Being Mortal as your source for the Gawande’s essay “Letting Go”, please be aware it is not the first chapter but actually the sixth chapter of the book.
