Description
Children’s games, kite flying, a fire engine, learn to row, and a toddler dance party will all be part of Kids’ Fun and Great Jazz at Magazine Beach Park (Cambridge). It’s free. Bring a picnic and join in the fun. Albino Mbie & Band, nominated by Radio France International in 2014 for best upcoming African artist will perform from 5-7 p.m.
This event is one of many offered at the park this summer. Yoga, Nature Detectives, Story & Song and Rolie Polie Guacamole (children’s music) are all part of the line up. Donations are requested for yoga, but otherwise, all programs are free, courtesy of organizers, the Cambridgeport Neighborhood Assn., Inc, and sponsors: the Sanofi Foundation of North America, MIT and the Charles River Conservancy.
