PRELIMINARY SCREENING COMMITTEE
Councillor David P. Maher and Personnel Director Sheila Keady Rawson, Co-Chairs of the Preliminary Screening Committee, appointed by Mayor Simmons, charged with assisting the City Council with the process of selecting a new City Manager will hold an all-day meeting on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at the Sonesta Hotel, 40 Edwin Land Boulevard, Cambridge, MA beginning at 8:45 AM in the Skyline Room.
The purpose of the meeting is to conduct confidential interviews with the candidates for the position of City Manager. Due to the highly confidential nature of the process and in accordance with the Massachusetts Open Meeting law the Preliminary Screening Committee will convene in a public meeting and intends to vote to move into executive session for significant portions of the meeting.
