Description

The City of Cambridge River Street Reconstruction project will upgrade the sanitary sewer, stormwater and water subsurface infrastructure while developing a new surface design for River Street, the bus terminal area at River and Magazine Streets near Central Square, and Carl Barron Plaza at the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and Western Avenue. We need your input!

Please join us at our first public meeting to discuss the project, process, and tell us what you like and don’t like about River Street. There will be plenty of information about the street and a number of staff available for questions. Please click here to view the meeting announcement. 

  • *Childcare will be provided by the City of Cambridge*
  • Doors open at 6:00 PM, for food, refreshments, and viewing project information. Presentation starts at 6:30 PM.
  • Please contact the City at least 48 hours in advance to arrange for translation.
