1. Actuarial Valuation Kathy Riley from the Segal Company will provide an introductory overview of the preparation of the 1/1/2020 actuarial valuation.
2. Financial Update Rafik Ghazarian from Segal Marco will provide an update on the investment portfolio.
3. Minutes Vote to consider a revision to the regular minutes of the meeting held on March 2, 2020. Vote to consider the regular minutes of the meeting held on April 13, 2020.
4. Warrants Vote to consider payment of warrant #8 in the amount of $7,655,017.07 and warrant #9 in the amount of $463,212.06.
5. Superannuations Vote to consider the Superannuation retirement applications submitted by: Luciana Docanto, Unit Secretary, Cambridge Health Alliance with twenty-one years, two months; Dellamarie Morrison, Housekeeper-Laborer, Cambridge Health Alliance with twenty-three years, three months.
6. Redeposits / Make-up / Liability Vote to consider the request for make-up of prior service submitted by Rachel B. Weinstein for two months (pro-rated)
   Vote to consider the redeposit of a refund requested by Cynthia J. Harris for one year, five months.
7. Refund Applications Vote to consider two refund applications submitted in April.
8. Annual Statement Vote to consider the 2019 Annual Statement for the Cambridge Retirement System.
9. Accidental Disability Application - Kevin Trant Vote to consider the Accidental Disability application filed by Kevin Trant, a Laborer in the Dept. of Public Works. Mr. Trant is represented by Attorney Thomas Gibson.
10. Accidental Disability Benefit - James Jones Vote to consider the clarified reports of the medical panel in the Accidental Disability application filed by James Jones, Senior Custodian in the School Dept. PERAC has declined the Board's request to appoint a second panel to examine Mr. Jones. Mr. Jones is represented by Attorney Michael Akashian.
