  1. Actuarial Valuation Kathy Riley from the Segal Company will provide an introductory overview of the preparation of the 1/1/2020 actuarial valuation.
  2. Financial Update Rafik Ghazarian from Segal Marco will provide an update on the investment portfolio.
  3. Minutes Vote to consider a revision to the regular minutes of the meeting held on March 2, 2020. Vote to consider the regular minutes of the meeting held on April 13, 2020.
  4. Warrants Vote to consider payment of warrant #8 in the amount of $7,655,017.07 and warrant #9 in the amount of $463,212.06.
  5. Superannuations Vote to consider the Superannuation retirement applications submitted by: Luciana Docanto, Unit Secretary, Cambridge Health Alliance with twenty-one years, two months; Dellamarie Morrison, Housekeeper-Laborer, Cambridge Health Alliance with twenty-three years, three months.
