Description

Calendar event image

Please join us for an event honoring local women who have been distinguished as Trailblazers in the Cambridge Community, and whose fearless work uplifts women, giving a voice to all. This is a free event, and all are welcome to attend. Light refreshments will be served.

This year, we will commemorate the 100 year anniversary of the passing of the 19th amendment, which granted women the right to vote. Our conversation will center around black women and women of color who started the fight for equality and kept it going for 45 additional years, until they were granted equal access and the same voting rights as their white counterparts.
