Original Hearing Date: 10/25/18 1500 CAMBRIDGE STREET

RENIE REALTY LLC

Variance:  Demolish existing retail building and construct three (3) residential units within two (2) new wood framed structures on the lot, requiring a variance from dimensional requirements, distance separating buildings, front and side setbacks.

Special Permit:  To allow parking within five (5) ft. of side lot boundaries and minimum width of driveway
