Special Events Presentation of the Cambridge City Council
The City Council shall hold a Special Events Presentation for the Civic Assembly Lottery Selection, during which the City will randomly select the 40 Cambridge residents who will participate in the Civic Assembly, on Monday, October 5, at 5:00 p.m. in the Sullivan Chamber, Second Floor, City Hall.
This Special Events Presentation is scheduled pursuant to Rule 16 of the Rules of the City Council, which states that Special Events Presentations may be held before any regular meeting and shall be scheduled through the Mayor’s Office. The Special Events Presentation will conclude at 5:30 p.m. No quorum of the City Council is required.
