      We continue to celebrate Haitian Flag Day with this special installment of Cambridge Cooks featuring returning chef Ayida Solé as she teaches us how to make loaded Bannann Pézén, also known as Plantain Nachos! Cambridge Cooks invites local chefs for a free cooking demonstration, followed by a tasting and Q&A with the chef.
