Main Library, Community Room, 449 Broadway, Cambridge, MA 02138

Take a digital detox and get organized by learning the analog productivity system that is a global phenomenon! Bullet journals combine creativity with structure in a flexible format that includes list making, planning, and journaling. This session will provide an overview of the Bullet Journal method created by Ryder Carroll and will demonstrate how it is customizable to your life. We will focus on templates that you can immediately put to use for better organization of your notebook, time, and thoughts. Greta Kuriger Suiter is the processing archivist at MIT’s Department of Distinctive Collections where she arranges and describes archival materials for ease of researcher use. Suiter has been using and teaching bullet journaling since 2017 and is often trying new ways of integrating bullet journaling into her work and life. She is also an active Wikimedian and has hosted many Wikipedia edit-a-thons at MIT. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Art History from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and George Mason University respectively, and her Master’s of Library and Information Science from the University of Washington in Seattle.
