    • 2024 CPL Eclipse Celebration: Outdoor Music at Main! (Main)

      Main Library, 449 Broadway, Cambridge, MA 02138

      As we gather to view the eclipse, musician Dan Walker performs original songs outside the Main Branch in Joan Lorentz Park. Dance and celebrate our first outdoor performance of the season, and get ready for the eclipse with neighbors and friends! Note: in the event of inclement weather, this performance will take place inside the Lecture Hall. About the musician: Drawing from folk, blues, and R&B influences, Dan Walker crafts songs that resonate with audiences on a deeply emotional level. His lyrics weave tales of love, loss, and the intricacies of life, while his melodies carry the listener on a nostalgic trip through time.

    • Equipment and Studio Reservations (Main)

      Main Library, 449 Broadway, Cambridge, MA 02138

      During this reservation period, anyone who has completed Hive training and is badged to use equipment or studio(s) can reserve Hive equipment or studio spaces. Staff will assist participants as they are able.

    • 2024 CPL Eclipse Celebration: Indoor Eclipse Livestream (Main)

      Main Library, Lecture Hall, 449 Broadway, Cambridge, MA 02138

      Join us at the Main Library for a livestream of the 2024 solar eclipse. In the case of inclement weather, or just because you savor the AC, we will be live streaming the 2024 eclipse in the Lecture Hall.
