City of Cambridge Departments to Offer In-Person Services by Appointment Only Beginning Week of June 15

As City of Cambridge buildings, departments, and services plan for a safe and limited reopening to the public, the City has created a new page with the most up-to-date information about each department and how to get in touch with them.

When visiting a City building for an appointment, you should wear face coverings, maintain 6 feet for social distancing, and wash your hands/use hand sanitizer upon entering and exiting the building. City staff will also be wearing face coverings and washing their hands frequently.

Remember that while departments are resuming certain services by in-person appointment on limited days, most services can be provided online or over the telephone Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You can contact the departments below before making an appointment, to see if the services you need can be provided electronically.
