We are thrilled that you are so enthused about using Hoopla! Due to its popularity, to ensure access we are increasing the budget for Hoopla by more than 100% and like the majority of our other databases, both Kanopy and Hoopla will also be limited to Cambridge residents as July 1st.
If you are a not a Cambridge resident, we do apologize for the inconvenience. Please ask your local library about acquiring Hoopla or access it through the Boston Public Library as a Massachusetts resident with a BPL eCard (available online).
